Do we need to know what to build?
No. Bring a process that takes too much time, a tool that does not connect or an idea you want to explore. We will help you work out a useful first project.
Can we keep our current tools?
Yes. We review the apps you use and the connections they support. Then we agree how they will work with Vitae OS and what access is needed.
Can we use ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. We can connect a compatible assistant to the Vitae tools and records your team allows, or set up your own AI provider API key. External AI usage is charged separately where applicable.
Is implementation included in the software subscription?
Custom implementation is scoped and priced separately from your Vitae OS subscription. We agree the work, delivery stages and price before starting. Ongoing support is a separate option with an agreed scope.
Can someone work directly with our team?
Yes. For projects that need closer collaboration, we can agree dedicated engineering time alongside your team. The scope, availability and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.
